K.L. was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Drugs and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle. She was accused of driving under the influence of Suboxone. The Commonwealth called an expert witness to testify about the effects of Suboxone on the body, and six other police officer witnesses.
