J.P.G. was accused of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. The Arresting officer testified that he observed JPG driving erratically, a strong odor of alcohol emanating from JPG's person, red, blood-shot eyes, slurred speech, and balance issues that included falling into the vehicle, and constant swaying back and forth.
