S.L. was charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery. S.L., an almost sixty year old Asian man, was accused of sexually assaulting two twenty something year old White women at the Encore Casino. Both women testified at trial, along with two police officers and a civilian witness. S.L. was facing up to five years in jail and registration as a sex offender.

Verdict: NOT GUILTY
